Job: CEO

Law is a very powerful tool that can transform individuals, organizations and societies. That is why I had dedicated my career to improving and shaping the future of law.

My vision is that the legal profession will emerge even more impactful, more resilient, and more inclusive than before by embracing technology.

Leadership means to me that we can transform individuals, organizations and societies in our lifetime.

The reason I chose to do things differently was that I KNOW that there is a better way to practice law and negotiate contracts.

The biggest learning in my personal journey is that imagining is the first step in making a significant change.

My greatest strengths are my grit, focus, and courage.

An extraordinary fact about me is that when I was a teenager I was a refugee and did not speak English. At the time, going to a top law school, working in the top law firm, Fortune 500 company, and numerous pre-IPO startups, leading a legal department, innovating on the cutting edge of technology, and changing the future of law did not seem in the cards for

me. And yet, here we are! It all started with imaging different.

The perfect scenario for legal innovation of the future is cross-disciplinary.

What needs to change in order to make this scenario happen? Among numerous

things, collectively and individually, an open mind and embracing technology are critical for the bright future of law.

The top three qualities future legal professionals will need are

#1 resilience,

#2 perseverance and

#3 grit.

Personalities that inspire me see an opportunity in every circumstance.

Top 5 Lawtechleaders I recommend are: #1 Lilian Caldeira

#2 Lourdes Fuentes Slater

#3 Leila Banijamali

#4 Basha Rubin

#5 Omar Sweiss
